「All of the meals, the facilities, and the rooms here at the Hotel Arena are amazing! And its a 3 minute walk from the train station, direct from the Nice airport! (Yet there is no noise, because all trains are electric.) I have stayed here several times and I very highly recommend it. The grounds are lovely and blend historic culture, and reasonable prices with full amenities. I have moved to Frejus and now recommend this hotel for all of my guests.」

「I am giving 3 stars only because we bought an ocean view room, but a construction was going on and the ocean view was blocked. We didn’t get any notification about the construction and we still paid extra for the ocean view option. 」

「Very clean. Great view on the port. Nice little balcony. The winter room price was reasonable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Indoor pool listed as an amenity but it was going to cost €20 per person extra for 4 hours per day. The parking garage is also extra and it is a very tight squeeze and an unpleasant space. 」

「Het is een budget hotel dus mag je er niet teveel van verwachten. Ontbijt was OK. Kamer is klein. Parkeren bij het hotel was mogelijk, maar kom niet te laat, want dan staat de parkeerplaats vol met busjes van werklui die ook in het hotel verblijven. Het hotel ligt in een gebied met bedrijven, er is niets bijzonders omheen. OK voor één nacht op doorreis maar zou een volgende keer een ander hotel kiezen.」

「We came to a locked door and the code to enter our room did not work. We tried to contact the hotel and hotels.com, without luck. We had to get another hotel. Because the hotel couldn't be reached by hotels.com afterwards we didn't get a refund. Unprofessional from the hotel and hotels.com. Terrible experience. 」

「The hosts are very friendly. The property is well maintained. The unit is very clean. Shower is good. But the room is small and the bathroom is tiny. Also, the breakfast options are limited.」
