“Pros- Bed in double room was very comfy Kitchen was well stocked Cons - Chalet smelt very damp and musty Daughter slept on sofa due to strong smell in twin room Handles missing on some windows so couldn’t be opened . Marks and stains on twin bedroom wall, little table and sofa . No hot water connected to bathroom basin. Bathroom needs deep clean Bathroom door lock doesn’t work Had to buy towels as chalet ones smelt after 1 use Twin bedroom door sticks daughter couldn’t get out No mobile……

“Nice well equipped property with the facilities needed to use it as a base to explore the area and have day trips out from. Good communication from a nice host with suggestions to visit the area and a nice welcome pack which was a nice touch. Property has a freezer which isn't listed (but no ice maker which is listed), a good selection of games and DVDs for the TV in the 2nd bedroom. Good facilities at the site although no facility to pre-book general swimming sessions so might be worth going……

“We had a fabulous week staying at the Corn Store, so good we did not want to return home! The apartment is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. There are local walks you can do from the Corn Store but if you want to travel further afield the location is excellent for exploring Devon and Cornwall. Would recommend the local Farmers Market on Sunday mornings - we picked up some nice local produce.Riki was a great host and very knowledgeable about the local area. ”
