「Although this isn’t an hotel with an hotel lobby, we didn’t lack of anything. Host Luca is a very friendly and he is so helpful. Clear instructions and many tips for Garbatella and surroundings. Halfway our stay, he checked in with us, if we were happy and needed anything. The room was very clean and modern and had all that we needed. The shared kitchen also was complete with everything you could need. Metro and busstop within minutes of walking (Colosseo 3 stops away). Supermarket and best...

「The room was clean and well designed. I loved the balcony! We had a little trouble with the elevator but it was no problem as it was during business hours.」

「Tudo muito perfeito!」

「### Very Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not Worth the Price! Unfortunately, our stay at Adoro Hotel Roma was extremely disappointing. The hotel is definitely not worth the price we paid, and the quality of accommodation and service fell far below our expectations for a four-star hotel. We booked a double room expecting a comfortable double bed. Instead, we were given two single beds pushed together, with poor-quality mattresses that constantly slid apart during the night. We repeatedly had to...

「Liked how transit was close by. Amenities were as advertised. Although internet did not work properly until I myself discovered it was disconnected. AC was not working properly and did not seem like they were interested in trying to fix in person. They tried to troubleshoot with me remotely without success. Lucky we did not really need it. Did not like that subway was literally outside the front door. Trains going by all hours of the day, every 5-10 min, with only a small break between the...

「The WiFi didn't work, but they changed another room with WiFi signal for me immediately, very good service.」

「good」

「Gute Lage. Vernachlässigte Einrichtung (Klodeckel & Spiegel kaputt, Kratzer an Wänden, Löcher in Handtüchern, Flecken auf Bettwäsche), sehr unfreundlicher Kontakt mit der Besitzerin (?) Barbara wenn man was braucht.

「Very beautiful place. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was good. My wife loved the cappuccino in the morning. Rustic charm. A little outdated but it really gave the Italian feel which we loved.」
