「Fantastic stay with good amenities..」

「This place was a green oasis popping out from a Fri and dusty town. A huge green lawn, frangipani trees abundant with flowers. Pet Tortoises wandering on the lawn!! The huts had AC, huge bathroom, lovely bed and local art work murals in the walls. The owner ensured we were comfortable. The pool was a much welcomed necessity in this 40° heat. 「I had a terrible experience at this property. On arrival the staff did not share wifi password. They mentioned we can only connect one device which was absurd. We asked for bottle waters like 6 times and they said its paid and we agreed to pay but they never provided water throughout the stay. I requested some salt and they ignored it. The staff members were not helpful and were playing some sorta games all the time. I planned this for my parents but it was very bad experience. The area was good...

「The property is far from the central places, rooms are quite smaller than it appears in the photos, hotel didn't respond to the request at all and there was issue with their listing claiming to include breakfast but hotel front desk declining (Expedia internet to sort out). Overall, won't recommend the hotel for the office and inconvenience 」
