“Zeron Island is absolutely beautiful! The home is exactly as pictured. We kept remarking at how clean everything was. Even the outdoor bathroom. Not a cobweb to be found. Our pups loved the trail through the woods, and it was so nice to open the door and let them run. We all had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back!! PS..the photos I have of the Island, sunset and sunrise are gorgeous.”

“The property was amazing you have the best of lakefront, views and river front. Listening to the dam and river was so relaxing, the lake is also very calm and the views are really nice. Fishing was amazing we caught largemouth bass, rock bass, and brown trout in the river we even cooked the fish over the fire. “We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Mio while staying at this Cozy Cabin! It is cozy indeed and quite comfortable. The hosts have been thoughtful in providing equipment and amenities that can be used as the weather allows. We stayed during a beautiful snowy time. I look forward to coming back in warm weather to enjoy what the Ausable River has to offer.”

“The house was perfect for our whole family. Plenty of room and Benji was a very attentive host. Anything that came up during our stay he was easy to contact and very accommodating. We stayed in October and the surrounding area and the lake were beautiful. I am hoping to stay again but next time in the summer. Very pleasant experience!”

“Arrived at the property in the wee hours of the morning. Almost pitch black, I couldn’t find the lockbox. Thinking that the box was on the outside of the house, walked around for a hood twenty minutes before realizing that the box might be inside the house. That was keystone cop moment. This is not a negative review, but a learning experience for me. Next time, arrive when it’s daylight. Otherwise, it was a positive experience. The property was well maintained. “This is the second time we've stayed at this cabin and this time waa even better than the first time we stayed there. I'll say we've stayed at a few different places through the years and this is one of the best places we've stayed at. We can't wait until next year to come around so we can stay there again. The place has everything you could ask for stocked in it. The bedding is super clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a nice getaway I would highly recommend it.”
