Perfect Stay on the River

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful, well appointed rental with a great location... we loved starting and ending the day on the deck, watching the birds and the river go by. Thanks!

Nice, clean property

The home was exactly as advertised. It was well stocked and accommodated the 3 of us comfortably. The property manager was great and responded to our inquiries quickly. The house has a nice view of the river and I was thrilled that we weren’t bothered by insects on the deck. The neighborhood was small, quiet and rural. We very much enjoyed the quirky Luray Rescue Zoo.

Master Bath had cat pee smell badDeck and steps had mud all over floor from bootsGrass was tall should have been cutThe big thing the three cameras I understand and ok with the front yard and driveway and parking area have cameras they are considered common property but the entire back yard and deck are not common areas and I did not give consent to be recorded at any time this is against the law and I would recommend the cameras in the back be removed before a law suite happens even if the lease says cameras are there the constitution overrides any policies on any rental agreement. Oh yes my wife also said the back windows were so dirty and have not been cleaned in a long time also grill had mold in really clean it I always bring my own grill this was a terrible customer experience
