"1. TV remote did not work and they refused to replace it. 2. After a long day touring Lima, we came back at 9p to find the electronic door lock didn't work and we were locked out for almost 2 hours waiting for a tech to replace the dead batteries. 3. Hot water lasted just 1-2 minutes in the shower. 4. Only way to communicate with One by Wynwood is via Whatsapp, and they were slow, rude, and unapologetic. The apartment was decent, but our experience was terrible. Avoid One by Wynwood!"

The air conditioner didn’t work (looked like it hadn’t worked for a long time), so we needed to keep the windows open to stay cool, unfortunately that meant a good bit of sirens, car alarms, etc.,, every night. In a 3 night stay never had a shower warmer than body temperature and had to reach out to the management company a couple times to get clean towels / toilet paper. The ocean view in the description didn’t exist. Would stay somewhere...

"Great value for the money for a family. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment and had 2 baths as well. It is safe and very clean and comfortable. We chose it because was very close to the hotel we joined a group after 2 days and were pleasantly surprised with the quality.
