Lussy-sur-Morges 5 km from Morges: Terraced house "Route de Coinsin". In the resort, in the residential district, 4 km from the lake, in the countryside. In the house: central heating system. Communal covered parking. Shop 5 km, grocery 1.6 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Morges" 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, swimming bay 4 m. Tennis 4 m, walking paths from the house 1 m. Nearby attractions: Morges 5 km, Musée Olympique 17 km, Montreux 47 km, Genf / Geneva 52 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: La Dôle (Saint-Cergue) 43 km, Leysin 79 km, Diablerets 83 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac Léman 4 km. Hiking paths: Jura 30 km.
5-room terraced house 190 m2 on 3 levels. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room, on 2 levels with winter garden with digital TV, flat screen and hi-fi system. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen in the entrance (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. On the lower ground floor: sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC, double hand-basin. 2nd upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm). Top floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings with panoramic window with 3 beds and shower/WC. Garden 160 m2. Barbecue, deck chairs, box-room. Partial view of the lake and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking, garage. Please note: non-smokers only.

Beau gîte calme proche du Lac

Séjour de 5 jours pour profiter des balades de la région et faire de la spéléologie. Randonnées magnifiques, lac Léman à proximité avec une petite plage de galets très agréable, belles grottes,... Le gîte était très bien et les propriétaires très gentils et disponibles. Rien à redire !

So nice view and location!

We stayed with a party of 7 in 3 nights 4 days. 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms were enough and much flexibility for everything during our stay. And most of things were prepared, so there was no problem with cooking and drinking:-) Also, a nice BBQ grill is equipped in a garden. Actually we enjoyed BBQ outside with that...really great time for us!! Very much appreciated;-)
