Improvement suggestions: bag storage for before and after the stay, a second duvet, advance option of requesting late-check out with clear guidance of additional costs, and also clear guidance before booking that cleaning isn’t included for free」

「This was perfect property for our visit. Grandpa and grandpa, parents and 2 kids. The apartment is spacious, beautiful view. The location is perfect. Across from a park and not far from the city centre. It has a grocery store close and lots of eating places within a few blocks. The host always got back to you and was friendly and helpful.」

「Mon séjour s’est très bien passé. Les indications pour accéder aux clés étaient claires et bien expliquées dans le document. L’appartement est vraiment parfait : propre, bien équipé et avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. La chambre est impeccable et l’emplacement est pratique, à proximité d’une petite épicerie. La seule chose un peu compliquée a été l’échange concernant le paiement des frais de nettoyage, mais sinon tout était excellent.」

「Samt alles sehr schlecht. Um 14:03 Uhr kam die Meldung, dass es ein Problem mit der Wohnung gibt und wir nicht in die Wohnung können. Alles weitere hat sich danach nur noch ins negative gezogen. Ein Horror mit 3 Kleinkindern!」

「DO NOT STAY HERE! 1st the one positive thing. Vrbo describes it as spacious & was. it photographs well. Thats where the positive ends. They will not give you access code until straight up 3:00 for check in. We were traveling via train from Stuttgart Germany & would not be arrive til after check-in. I asked for the info so that I wouldn’t have to be scrounging for it on arrival w/o Wi-Fi Told me it would be in my email @ 3. we arrived @ train 4:30, of course no email. I began emailing...

「The apartment is in a great location on the edge of the pedestrianized old town (Haut Ville), but faces towards a convenient transit hub for buses and trams. Despite all of that bustle, the apartment is very quiet when the balcony doors are closed. It was clean, spacious, modern, and all on one floor. We were given good information for accessing the apartment (self check-in) and how things operated. We would recommend this apartment.」
