「We had a great time, lovely neighborhood, location is easy access to needed items. Marvin is an excellent host. He responds right away with all questions. For a home that is 140 years old it is in excellent shape. Beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was there. Big plus to be on the water. Thank you Marvin!」

「The main door is awkward. The joining instructions said the indoor handle might break if the door is opened too wide without care. The handle was broken before we arrived, but still operated. The beds are very low, and could be awkward for anyone with a disability. Similarly, the main door, although perfectly wide for a wheelchair doesn't have a ramp, so there is a step, perhaps a surprise for a ground floor property. The bedrooms could do with chairs. 「Great location and everything you need for a short stay at Portsmouth. Space really is quite small, so was fine for just one, but might be a little tight for two. Oddly, no kettle for tea/coffee and Nespresso machine did not work. Neither did stovetop. Shower, fridge, and everything else was fine.」
