“On the surface the place looked lovely when we arrived. The floors and kitchen area were clean. However we then noticed all the makeup stains on the chair cushions. There was also no mirror in the bathroom. We then discovered after we had put our food in the oven, that there was no oven gloves or t-towel! We did connect the owner and got a reply straight away, but nothing ever arrived. We were there for two days! There was no fitted sheet to put over the sofa bed, and lots of crumbs on there……

“Washing machine didn't work. Helpline never answered. Sent someone to look at Washing machine but couldn't fix. Cooker had missing buttons. Boiler water mains was turned off and with no help turned this on myself after 24 hrs. Creaky sofa bed, broken blinds and door handles. Didnt smell nice. Bad experience ”

“While the bathrooms and kitchen look quite new and fresh the apartment was a bit dirty and smelly. Many of the walls and furniture were significantly marked, there was rubbish in one of the bins and a pile of what I can only assume was used towels and sheets in the laundry. We had to keep the windows open for our stay to air the place and wash all our clothes after becasue of the lingering smell. The ensuite was a bit smelly, but we could only shower there as there is no seal around the shower……
