When to reception asked to speak to manager told no manager on duty just receptionist who handed me a peace of paper that had an address to write to if I wanted to make a complaint. "Multiple faults located in my room which photographic evidence has been obtained cleaning should have been much better than what I found the room in I had to be moved into another room on another level there was constant knocking and banging from fellow neighbours totally disgusting and disgraceful I will not be booking with you again "
