"This place is wonderfully appointed and comfortable. Host is very responsive. The back yard is everything with plenty of seating. We didn’t even leave the property it was so awesome. This will be our property of choice when we come from now on."

"This was a very disappointing stay. The description did not disclose that there were several people living in the basement. There was no lock from inside kitchen to basement, so no way to assure those people didn't enter our space. The back yard was "off limits" as were several cupboards in the home. It appeared as though people who were in the house quickly moved their stuff into the basement prior to our arrival, with a very shoddy cleaning job. Some lights and receptacles didn't have covers. ...
