One night trip to Lyndhurst. Location was great, free parking either at the hotel or on street. Comfortable room, nice little touches such as fresh milk appreciated, as was allowing us to use the car park before check-in. Breakfast was fresh and excellent quality

Clean and friendly

Amazing stay, very friendly host and B&B was completely spotless, couldnt fault it at all. Cooked Breakfast was ordered the night before so was ready for the time you picked, but you weren't rushed a choice of cereals and juices on offer. Fabulous stay near to town and lovely room.

Wonderful stay

The Avalon House is the quintessential British B&B. Judith and Nick were the perfect hosts. The village of Lyndhurst is lovely. The room was immaculate and the breakfast delicious. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore the New Forest.

Peaceful, comfortable B&B

A beautiful house in a lovely location. My room was extremely comfortable, as was my bed. The bathroom was great, with a powerful shower. Breakfast was fantastic, and the owners waited for me when I arrived late from the ferry coming in to Portsmouth, which I hugely appreciated. A lovely, peaceful B&B.

Comfortable, friendly, small B&B

Good sized rooms, everything is clean and well put together. Lots storage space if planning to stay a while Lovely choice for breakfast. Friendly owners. Convenient for exploring New Forest and just 2 minute walk into centre of Lyndhurst. I was at front of house, and noticed road noise. Rooms to the back probably quieter. Easy to find by car.

Very friendly hosts. Comfortable bed with feather duvet! Very clean room and we found it surprisingly quiet especially as the bnb is on the main road and we were in the front room. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were super helpful accommodating our 10 month old as well. Thoroughly recommend!

Very clean and comfortable bedroom. Excellent breakfast. Close to the town and lots of eating choice within walking distance. Parking is available on the cul de sac adjacent to the house. The only thing missing was an easily accessible plug in the bedroom, although there was a usb tower.
