「There are A LOT of stairs. Once you get into the unit you get more death trap stairs. I guess it’s just a fun New England feature but be aware it’s not accessible for everyone! You should tell people to drop off their luggage in front before parking in back. The lady next door was more helpful finding the place than the owner. You need better signs in the doors. You can barely read “2” especially in the dark. The doors definitely need better marking. Otherwise good with all the appliances you...

「First floor worked great for my 85 year old parents. Second floor bedrooms might pose some issues for older folks. Easy access to the subway and direct ride downtown Boston . Host was very helpful 」

「It was just what we needed for a quick trip. It was within a 15-30 min walk to the Salem mall which is near the heart of Salem. Host was very easy to communicate with and any issues (minor things) were handled swiftly. It also felt like a very safe area especially when walking back home at night.」

「My friends and I were visiting the East Coast for a week. Midway through our trip we had to change lodgings. This property was wonderful. It was very clean, comfortable, new and so nicely decorated. It was exactly what we were looking for, since our previous lodging elsewhere was horrible. The booking and communication with VRBO and the owner were seamless. There was plenty of street parking available and the neighborhood was quiet. There were nearby breakfast places that we enjoyed very...

「This location is in a very nice area, it's not too far from or close to all the activity and noise. The owner has done a great job with keeping a home feeling with the decorating as well. We were very happy with the property and got to meet a few of the wonderful neighbors.」

「Place was very cute and cozy. Bed was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. Close to downtown. We parked our car and walked the whole stay.」

「We needed something walkable to downtown Salem for the costume party we were attending, but also needed our resting ground to be peaceful and it was. Very nice waterfront view too...pleasant surprise. Cesar was very accommodating.」

「This adorable little studio has all the necessities, off-street parking and a quiet neighborhood. It’s absolutely charming and we would recommend this little gem to anyone who has business in the city but wants to stay somewhere quiet and outside of the hustle and bustle. The hosts were easy to contact and attentive, everything was modern and clean. Great place!」

「Designated parking. Air conditioning, Everything you need in the kitchen...cups, plates, bowels, coffee, tea, silverware. very clean, close to everything. Beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and come back.」

「The property is in a great location. Close enough to walk to the Haunted Happenings but far enough away to get away from the chaos. It was clean. Nice vibe. Parking.」

「Good location near water; .8 miles to Salem Witch museum & downtown」

「Very efficient!! great spot !!great location Mr. Caesar was a great host, very attentive to our needs and very quick to respond. Highly recommend this place.」

「If you are looking for a comfy stay in a cute neighborhood near Boston, this is a nice spot. The town is quiet enough with a nice walk along the shore, believe it's called the Greenway or similar. I ate at a fresh caught seafood place on the bridge that takes either cash or Venmo. The only thing to know about this unit is you'll walk up two flights of narrow winding stairs so as long as that works for you then all else is great, quiet, etc.」

「Nice stay with my pet dog. Clean, comfortable, accessible and friendly owner. Parking was acceptable just across the street from the property.」

「The property owner Carol is very kind and accommodating. Highly recommended!!!!」

「Great property, great location. Quiet street just a block from the water. 10-15 minute walk into downtown Salem for all of the great restaurants and shopping.」
