「I had a two week stay at the Sparrow. I wish I could have bought the place. It had everything I needed. It was very clean and in a great neighborhood. The host was very responsive whenever I had questions. Everything in town was close by. Not far from the beaches. The host provides beach towels for the beach, which I found very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.」

「The listing was misleading. I did not realize I was renting the pool house in the backyard. A family and I both pulled up in the driveway at the same time. They had the house that I thought I was renting and I was in the pool house. It was definitely awkward. The property definitely needs some maintenance and updating. The entire unit smelled like a weed festival.」

「We did generally enjoy our stay. We had a larger group with a dog and had plenty of room. We did like having the separate guest house. Although there were some thing’s that could be improved such as the overall cleanliness. The condition of the house was not exactly up to the standard of the advertised pictures. & there were a few appliances/ fixtures that did not work or were broken. There also were a lot lot of mosquitoes inside the guest house. Dead on the bed and window sill in the room and...

「First ! We LOVED the location. Watching the waves and seeing the sunset was spectacular. What wasn’t so great was the non communication about the garage parking/ permit. Had to have security staff help me AFTER them telling me what to do. There was paper on the floor , hair balls on couch and on the floor.and bobbi pins under a chair. Crusted food on the counter.Clearly a rushed cleaning or didnt care about how it was done. Remote to tv in master bedroom was missing , and the tv in the bunk room...

「Place was dirty when we got there, was never cleaned upon arrival. AC was leaking all over the house leaving puddles all over the place. Not one day did we have hot water, we showered and did everything in COLD water for a WEEK. The pictures seem to be taken a while ago because they are not the same then in person. Mold in the shower doors rotting etc. nice location though loved the building just not this specific one. Many problems with no solution」
