Every time when we travel to Eurexpo for the show, we stay at this hotel. Quite place, nice breakfast, kind personal and huge parking free of charge. We will visit it again next year. Thank you to all hotel team.

The room and bed were comfortable. The restaurant and bar were not open and there were few food options nearby. While you could connect to the network, it never had any connectivity to the internet.

Bon accueil, accès possible h24, petit déjeuné très bon. La chambre était en revanche un peu décevante: Moisissure dans la salle de bain, éclairages de tête de lit en panne. Pas de prises a proximité du lit (ni électrique, ni USB)... pas pratique pour recharger son portable/réveil. Gobelet usagé sous la table de nuit, bouteille avec un reste de liquide rose dans l'armoire... Donc propreté générale de la chambre a améliorer svp. Dans l'ensemble ok pour un passage rapide pour sejour d'affaire

Faut pas etre regardand sur le niveau de propreté de la chambre (toiles d araignées un peu partout , moissisures sur le plafond de la sdb dépourvue de vmc, aspirateur passé a moitié), parties communes laissant a désirer ( nombreuses taches sur la moquette du couloir au rdc, sol de la salle pdj non nettoyant durand deux jours de séjour) Vaisselle pdj (tasses a café notamment) nettoyée de façon aléatoire. En revanche l'état général que je qualifirais de : a rafraichir est tres compensé par un personnel accueuillant, disponible et souriant .

L'un des pire hôtel que j'ai pu faire pour ce prix. En arrivant la porte était détériorée, celle de la salle de bain avait un trou et ne se verrouillait plus. Le rideau de la fenêtres tombait à moitié par terre, le sèche serviette était salle, des cheveux au plafond et des poils dans le lavabo, pas de brosse de toilette et pour couronné le tout je me suis pris la trappe électrique en métal dans le dos aux toilettes. Inadmissible. Seul point positif la literie correct, la TV et la clim mais je n'ai pas osé la laisser longtemps car si elle est entretenue comme le reste.

Impossible de donner un avis puisque j’ai du annuler la réservation qui n’était pas remboursable. Réactivité de mon interlocutrice pour communiquer les informations et malheureusement non remboursée. - mur de la salle de bain avec des traces à côté des toilettes (inconnues mais peu ragoûtantes) - Pas d'accessoires hygiéniques malgré un distributeur dans la sdb - Porte de la salle de bain qui ne peut pas se fermer (pas verrouiller, simplement tenir fermée) - La réservation n'était pas reçue (stress pour s'enregistrer) - Brosse des toilettes déjà sale - Kits de dépannage payant (1-2.5€/kit) - Pas de désodorisant - Porte d'entrée qui laisse entrer de la lumière dans la chambre par l'encadcrure - Mauvaise isolation (on entend les gens au bout du couloir - Pas d'extinction de la lumière du couloir automatique (pour un hôtel qui revendique l'écologie) - idem pour la télé et la led de veille très brillante - Paiement des taxes de séjour à l'arrivée non enregistré par l'accueil, donc on me demande de les repayer, puis après un autre appel on m'indique que tout est déjà payé En dehors de ces quelques désagréments, le séjour s'est bien passé, sans plus
