During your stay, you will enjoy a 26m² studio on the ground floor with:

- a living room with a comfortable queen-size bed (160x190), HD TV
- high-speed WiFi connection, ideal for remote working or simply enjoying the internet
- a fully equipped kitchen for cooking from scratch
- a spacious bathroom with shower and sink

Towels, soap, and shower gel are provided, as well as emergency supplies such as coffee capsules, tea bags, pasta, rice, spices, and more.

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. via a connected lock, and all information is provided 48 hours before arrival. Self check-out is also possible until 11 a.m., or until 1 p.m. for an additional fee of 18E, to be requested and paid for no later than the day before departure.

Professional cleaning is carried out before each arrival to ensure the apartment and linens are clean and changed after every guest.

Parties and any noisy events (loud music, etc.) that disturb the neighborhood are prohibited. Smoking is also strictly prohibited in the apartment.

Any failure to comply with these rules will result in a fine.
