The room was badly in need of new décor. The walls were old and cracked, and the windows didn’t lock properly. The food portions were very small and overpriced. Even the “berries with ice cream” consisted of just one strawberry cut in half. The pool and spa were also very dated and in need of a thorough clean, with sand at the bottom of the pool. Overall, the hotel felt run-down and in need of significant refurbishment.

Parking was the main issue - not enough spaces and problem with not being able to get out as cars were parked in the area marked keep clear. It was helped by the staff suggesting parking in the swimming pool car park and the being reinbursed for the fee. Very stressful!

The hotel is really nice the staff are amazing especially Maddie who was in the restaurant at breakfast! The pool is really nice. The hotel itself has some amazing areas like the reception bar outside area and restaurant! Some of the areas are outdated and could do with an update. Over all I would sta again as we had a lovely time

Location- right on beachfront, shops a short walk away. Lytham festival a short taxi ride away. The hotel is tired and a mixture of different decor…80’s/90’s - in need of an update, lots of little fixtures/ finishes need fixing in main areas. It seems a little like a hotel that’s from another era. Our room itself was nt too bad and overall. If you are travelling for festival and not in your room much, it’s fine, but it is very noisey at night with paper thin walls and creaky floorboards.

Exactly as we’d hoped, great location, lovely room and staff were very friendly. We were just missing a fan/air con so take your own if it’s hot. And we only had 2 sockets in the room. The bathroom was modern with a good shower. Good for the money and a decent buffet breakfast with plenty of cooked options and then fruit salad, yoghurt and cereals etc. There was a singer/band on doing classics outside on the front terrace and a nice family friendly atmosphere. No noisy guests or late night disruption. A respectful clientele. We managed to get on the car park once then had to park on the street overnight but that was fine. Plenty of space. The view out to sea from our room was great. I would stay again.
