「Our family really enjoyed staying on this property. This condo had everything we needed. The AC in the master bedroom did not work for us at all during our stay, but it didn’t discomfort us at all. The property manager did come asap and try to work on it. We slept with the door open and the strong AC from the living room flowed into the bedroom. We also plugged in a small fan that was available in our room. Bugs were a problem. Even though we kept all doors and windows shut, we were swarmed...

「Our stay at this Maui property was extremely disappointing and, at one point, unsafe. What began as a small ant issue quickly escalated into a full infestation of flying insects entering through gaps in the door where weather stripping was missing. Within hours, hundreds of bugs were covering the bed, walls, and ceiling. It was impossible to sleep in the unit, and we had to leave at 10pm to find a hotel that could fit our family of six. Pool is small and unheated which made it harder to utilize because we had a bit cooler weather but would be fine in warmer weather. Host checked in multiple times to make sure we were happy. 」
