A hidden gem
This property is only 10 minutes walk from Mablethorpe beach, but you would never know you were at a busy resort. It’s tucked away safely behind a barrier a few streets from the beach and it was so peaceful, just what we wanted. The host went above and beyond in terms of communication and was super helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer welcome. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. If I was being nit picky, a tv in the bedroom would have been nice, but that’s a personal preference. It’s neutrally decorated, has few frills, but because of that you can relax knowing there’s nothing to damage. Our dogs loved the garden, very safe and useful for midnight emergencies. Outside tap is very useful for sandy puppies. A short hose would have been useful. Bed linen etc was spotless, the duvet is very warm, so if you like it cool, take your own. Would I stay again, absolutely.
