Le sol était sale, trace de saleté sur interrupteur... Aspect dégradé de la chambre. Peu de prises électriques. Obligé de débrancher le frigo bar car il faisait un bruit monstre... Néanmoins bonne literie et climatisation fonctionne très bien.

Limpo e seguro!

O restaurante no térreo é excelente para o almoço, mas o hotel em si é decente: um lugar limpo, seguro e com estrutura suficiente. É ideal pra quem chega cansado e procura uma cama limpa pra dormir. O ar condicionado é antigo, mas a manutenção e limpeza estão em dia. A vista da janela era o telhado do vizinho, mas ao menos não ouvi barulho e a cortina bloqueou bem a luz. Chuveiro simples, mas funcionou direito. Café da manhã razoável, com algumas frutas frescas, sem luxos ou muitas opções.

EXCELENTE ATENDIMENTO E CUSTO BENEFÍCIO MUITO BOM

1° item a destacar foi o atendimento de TODA a equipe, desde o check-in, durante e check-out da estada. A fundadora do restaurante/hotel Sra. Linda(Lindinalva), foi um exemplo de cortesia que se viu refletido no atendimento dos funcionários (Não vou nomear nenhum para não ser injusto com algum que eu tenha esquecido). Hotel simples, mas de boa qualidade com bom ar-condicionado, colchão. Chuveiro com muito fluxo de água (embora elétrico),ap. 204 com janela. Café da manhã incluso com boa variedade de itens, restaurante(funciona somente para almoço, aberto ao público) excelente. Sugestão de melhoria no ap.: -Colocar barra de apoio e algo que deixe o piso do box do banheiro menos liso; -Armário ou prateleira no banheiro para produtos de higiene pessoal; -Colocar porta toalhas no banheiro. Boa localização para conhecer Macapá -AP. Agradeço a toda a equipe do HOTEL MACAPABA pela excelente estadia.

As instalações deixam a desejar

O atendimento é ótimo, mas as instalações do hotel deixam a desejar. O acesso aos quartos é ruim (escada íngreme) e o quarto tem defeitos (acabamento do banheiro ruim, manchas no teto, televisão pequena, frigobar barulhento, poucas tomadas, pia do banheiro derramando água etc). O café da manhã e o almoço são bons, mas o restaurante não funciona à noite.

Hotel bem localizado, justo no preço, contudo o atendimento com o funcionário Vander, na madrugada do check in foi péssimo. Colocou-me no pior quarto possível do hotel, sem janelas e com cheiro do ralo voltando, ao lado da lavanderia (apto 213). Voltei para reclamar e o funcionário estava muito atento a jogos do seu celular, não tinha tempo para analisar meu pedido e simplesmente disse que não havia qualquer outro apartamento disponível naquela noite. Então dormi naquela noite no apto 213 e na manhã seguinte solicitei a troca do apartamento, sendo prontamente atendido pela equipe de atendentes da manhã. Café da manhã muito bom e o almoço do restaurante macapaba possivelmente seja um dos melhores da cidade. Quarto 204 limpo, arejado, com janela e bem localizado.

There aren’t many options in Macapa, and I guess you get what you pay for. Basic room with bad lighting, but the breakfast made it up for it. Need to take Uber for most attractions as it’s 20 min walk from center. My IG is @ballestrinaroundtheworld

1ª Opção em Macapá

Resolvi ficar novamente nele pois fui muito bem atendido. Café da manhã muito agradável, almoço excelente, só falta mesmo pelo menos um lanche no jantar, já que tem toda estrutura para tal. Fora isso, ele se tornou minha primeira opção de hospedagem em Macapá.
