「Nos alojamos en la suite 5 y nos encantó: es muy amplia, luminosa y decorada con mucho gusto. Además, tiene acceso directo a la piscina. La limpieza es impecable y todo se ve tal cual aparece en las fotos. El desayuno estaba riquísimo y muy completo, y el personal fue siempre amable y atento. El wifi funciona perfectamente en todas las instalaciones y el Honesty Bar junto a la piscina nos pareció una idea fantástica: puedes servirte cuando te apetezca y pagar después, súper cómodo. La ubicación...

「在Lanzarote島體驗舒適的住宿，飯店的管理人非常親切友善，讓人在此住宿有家的感覺，雖然有些小部分不盡理想，但飯店願意協助我們改善舒適的住宿環境，這是萬分感激的地方。早餐也很豐盛。雖然這趟旅程遇到狂風、沙塵暴，無法在泳池欣賞美麗的夕陽景致，如果還有機會希望天氣美好時再去住宿一次。」

「La habitacion dejaba mucho que desear. Las puertas y paredes parecian de papel, se oia todo lo que pasaba en el pasillo y en habitaciones cercanas, lo cual hacia muy dificil el descanso. Dejaron solamente dos toallas (ni toalla de mano ni alfombra) y solamente un rollo de papel para 4 dias… Por parte del personal de recepcion habia siempre bastante desinteres, parecia que estaban en su casa con amigos y familiares haciendo sus cosas y con cero interes en los huéspedes. Desde luego no repetiria....

「The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The weather wasn’t ideal for swimming but the pool appeared well-maintained. There are some pets on the property. I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password but I didn’t need it anyway.」

「Spacious room, clean and tidy. Towels changed after 3 days. Good quality pool towels (pay deposit). Friendly staff, nice pool bar, with bar snacks. Nice pool area with ample sunbeds. Two pools plus kid's pool and playground. Separate bar with music open in the evening. 」

「Our family really enjoyed our week at the Floresta. A big shout out to Johan and the animation team for keeping our kids occupied with activities during our stay. Staff was friendly and entire resort was kept sporless. Keep up the great work!」

「Felt very rundown and way past its best. Old fashioned interiors and still hints of the 1980s everywhere. Average client was old and pretty boring. That’s how the entire place felt. Facilities were super tired - like the gym. Shame as it’s a great spot. Worse part may have been the food. It was just like the entire vibe - boring and out of touch. Staff friendly. 」

「Sehr sauberes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Das Bett war schrecklich, durchgelegen und dadurch zu weich und zu hart gleichzeitig. Pool, Sonnenliegen und Fitnessstudio sind gut. Poolhandtücher müssen hinzu gekauft werden, man kann nicht, wie angegeben, Fahrräder leihen, ein Auto leihen oder irgend einen Service erhalten. 」

「I had the best night of sleep there. Room was clean, bed was soft, temperature was comfortable and the shower had great pressure. 」

「Great breakfast, clean room. Staff friendly. Indoor pool a bit tired and only open 2-6pm. The massage jets did not work and the jacuzzi was cold. Need to pay extra and organise in advance for steam room and sauna. Ideal location.」

「The staff at the playa park are the best, friendly, very helpful. We’ve been coming to this hotel for 10 years , since it’s very good refurbishment about 8 years ago and a few of the staff are still here which says a lot about place. The food is a very good standard, both of the above are why we keep coming back each year Well done playa park keep it up」
