My husband and I enjoyed breakfast every day with a beautiful view of the water & the staff were so friendly and accommodating for all of our needs. A+ for the luxurious towels and amenities. I hope our travels bring us back.”

“Staff was very nice and attentive. Clean towels were provided, room was clean. There are some renovations going on so that has the outside kind of sketchy looking but it was an overall great stay.”

“Very nice property. Courtyard w pool is beautiful. Close to Busch Gardens is a huge plus.”

“The property needs renovated. The bottoms of the windows were rotted. Air conditioning units in room did not work and had to move to another room. Room number sign on door was missing. Room was not clean and carpet needs replaced. The staff was pleasant and helpful.”

“The location was perfect. My grandkids loved the pool. The breakfast was not very good. The choices were minimal and you had to wait in line for 5 minutes to use the toaster which never toasted anyway. My biggest problem, however, has been trying to resolve the bill. They gave me a written copy of the invoice and have charged a totally different amount. I tried to resolve it to no avail.”

“Soap left in tub from previous tenant, top edge of shower stall was filthy, tenants smoking dope everywhere on property. People loitering in parking lot smoking dope. Room reaked of smoke, dope and cigarettes. Banging on floor from unit above us until 2 in the morning. Will never ever stay at this motel again.”

“The staff allowed us to drop our luggage off before check-in so we could go off to do other things and that was nice. The mattress was fairly comfortable and the air conditioning worked fine. Otherwise it was an unpleasant experience. The room was dark and dingy. The furnishings were worn out…the easy chair had stained fabric, the bed sheet had a hole in it, and the handle on the folding door to the bath was missing. The TV produced a message stating that the streaming contract was expired so……

“The hotel was okay. However, the property is a little dated. Also, I didn’t have a sitting chair in the room. Finally, and I have never experienced this before; but there were no cups in the room!”

“We had a few issues in the beginning of our stay, but they did get resolved on our last night. Some issues were cable not working, internet not connecting to devices, there was a telephone, but no hooks up so the phone didnt even work. The room was cleaned in a rush, there was a pretzel under the mattress.. & there was not spare toilet paper roll.”

“First of all, after a 5 hour drive with two toddlers in bad weather, the room we got was NOT what we booked. I booked a suite with a pullout sofa bed. There were two double beds. I had to make a bed for my grandsons on the floor. I was told there were none of those rooms available (even though that’s what I paid for). They offered no other options, compensation or anything to accommodate making them a bed. Second, the 2nd floor hallway wreaked of pot. The carpets were nasty, ceiling tiles were……

“The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for……
