"I found the staff very friendly and helpful. On my first night the weather was awful and sadly the room had a few leaks. I informed the staff the next morning to make them aware. Water damage is not good. They immediately asked if my suitcase was ok and asked if I needed anything drying. They then proceeded to move me to a lovely big room, which was lovely and very spacious 😀"

We stayed in bunglow and they got nice clean kitchen with all the cooking facilities. Rooms are nice but mattress are bit old.View from bunglows are lovely,I ll try to share image. Staff are friendly. All in all 5 stars. Price reflects. "

From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel incredibly welcome, and their helpfulness was consistent throughout my visit. The hotel offers a wonderfully peaceful environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway. My room was comfortable, and I was especially impressed with the clean bathrooms. One of the highlights was definitely the lovely breakfast—a fantastic way to start the day. In the evenings, the in-house bar was a cozy spot to unwind. Even better was the outdoor terrace, which provided the perfect setting to sit and enjoy the breathtaking sunset. The location is also excellent; the hotel is quiet, yet only a two-minute walk from lots of food options, making it incredibly convenient. I highly recommend the Queensbridge Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and quiet place to stay in Aberystwyth."
