「The location of this apartment is great, lovely view of the river from the balcony The verification process was a little troublesome but was sorted in time for our arrival although I had to call from the airport to hurry the process along The carpet was covered in stains, a little off putting, it looked like it needed a really good clean, there was also a musty smell when we arrived,other than than the apartment was clean, the furniture is a little old and worn but worked well for our needs 」

「The online experience was so easy and when I realised that I'd submitted the wrong date it wasn't a problem to change」

「Was a nice place to stay would stay again. Nice pool and spa tidy room.」

「When we got there fridge wouldnot close because of so much ice...not defosted. Toilet leaked. Hand rail fell off wall. No towels in one room. I had to get onto air trip to organise for repairs. Had to take photos and send.. all the repairs took half our stay to complete. I had to defrost fridge In our room The staff at oaks helped us with towels even though it was not their responsibility. Plus I was not happy booking through stayz and then a 3rd party appeared. Wont be booking withstayz again.」
