“This condo was perfect for our 4-day ski trip. We were able to walk to the River Run base from the condo and even walked through the woods to the gondola one evening for dinner at the Roundhouse. We found the condo to be very clean and cozy. It’s proximity to the bike path and Big Wood River would also make it a perfect place for a summer vacation and fly fishing enthusiasts.”

“We spent a month at Mary Ann's house and it was perfect. We could walk to downtown Ketchum and the River Run base. Our dogs loved walking around the neighborhood and the nearby bike path. The house was comfortable and well equipped and any questions we had were easily answered with a review of the many instruction sheets placed throughout the house. The Village Market was very convenient. We had a great time - and appreciate that Mary Ann is willing to share her house with others.”

“The property was nicely appointed and for the most part very comfortable. We had a couple glitches. We were provided the wrong door code and it took a good 20 minutes in 20 degree temperatures standing outside to connect with a person and get the correct code. The door code situation was a bit cumbersome. We found several dishes in the cabinets that that were not clean. Perhaps they did not make it through the dishwasher. Otherwise everything was clean. It would have helped to have a guide book……

“This house was perfect for our 3 generation family. Lots of Space, great location! Close to both Bald Mountain and Dollar Ski Areas, as well as Ketchum. Very Comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.”

“We booked this place because it was large, close the the SV village and had pool/amenity passes for the SV Inn pool. The place was quiet and comfortable. The parking was close too. I do wish the first floor bathroom fan was quieter because I was concerned that it was too loud for the neighbors.”

“It was very clean, comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do. It was also reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place to others!”

“Nice house within walking distance to SV Lodge and downtown. No toilet paper or dishwashing soap. They brought some after getting ahold of host, 2 days later. Not a big deal, but certainly expected to have that on hand. Lots of ice on the driveway that was dangerous. We out out salt everyday, and it was close to melting off after 5 days. I mentioned it to host, but they did not take care of it.”

“This townhome was perfectly designed for a large family or multiple families to share and have plenty of privacy. It was pristine, squeaky clean and very well organized with 2 fire places for cozy ambience. The skiing options at Bald Mountain were perfect for different levels and it was a 6 minute walk to Bald Mountain lifts and into town for shops and restaurants. LOCATION could not be better.”

“Everything seems fine, and enjoyed the outside area and fire pits…a nice place to hang out in the evening. Downside is that the pool is advertised and mentioned upon check-in, but when we went out to the pool it was covered as was the jacuzzi! Also major roadwork on Main Street is a bummer we didn’t expect…”
