“The property is pretty in the pictures, but the renovations were not done well. The bathroom door doesn't close all the wayThe shower curtain doesn't close all the way around the tubThe barn door to the bedroom leaves a huge gapThe air inside is very dampThere's glass in the parking area The neighborhood is pretty sketchy We ended up leaving and driving 4 hours home rather than staying the night. ”

“Kitchen was fully equipped but I didn’t use their utensils once I saw that the place didn’t look like it had been cleaned by professionals. There was a large ball of lint on the floor under the desk. The furniture is very old and dated as if not much care was put into interior decoration. I used pillow case covers and my own towels. It seems like the host expects the guest to wash towers used, and do the cleaning. I don’t think it provided value for money. I would have been better off getting a……

“Loft was very nice. A lot of high end updates. Bed and linens were very nice. Stairs to loft were a little bit of a challenge for our old knees. Check-in was a little confusing for us after 12 hour drive and trying to find parking in middle of Cherry Blossom festival. Downtown Macon is vibrant and a fun visit. ”

“The location was great for us as we were attending events in Downtown Macon The ease of check in and out was good. We were only there 2 nights, So we made the beds and furniture work. But they really need new mattresses as we sank right to the middle on both so my husband and I slept in separate rooms. The couch was also not very comfortable for sitting. I think more comfortable seating in the TV room would be more beneficial than trying to have the vintage look and not be comfortable. We……
