“We had a fantastic time staying at the cabin and visiting Highlands, the cabin was spacious and clean and had a beautiful view right off the back porch where we spent every night. There's also a hot tub that we didn't use, but it would be incredible to stay in winter (we may go back very soon!) Overall, the place was great.Prior to my arrival, I asked the host if she had any recommendations on hikes that I could propose to my girlfriend on and she gave us a great recommendation that I ended up……

“First thing I have to mention is the amazing view. Even with a nearby small airport, there was an abundance of peace and privacy. The porch has several rocking chairs and a porch swing with ceiling fans. I would have loved a gate on the porch so my dogs could enjoy that freedom, but they did fine on their leashes. There are ac units in the bedrooms and the kitchen, but that was more than enough to keep the house cool. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. There were plenty……

“The property was very clean. Well appointed kitchen, I think if I was a coffee drinker I would have had fun making different kinds of coffees. It was only about a mile to Highlands town center and shops. There was a restaurant very close by On the Veranda". I would stay there again next year if we repeat the visit. I had a question for the host which was answered immediately.”
