“We had a fabulous stay! The property is stunning, 3 beautiful accommodation options (the guesthouse and 2 individual homes). Wide open spaces to walk around and enjoy nature, pet friendly, easily access to nearby restaurants and wineries. We stayed in the Luxury Villa (an unexpected upgrade from the owner - thank you) and it was wonderful. Spacious home, beautifully appointed kitchen, master bedroom and en-suite, multiple living rooms to choose from and a lovely alfresco area and sparkling……

“Absolutely beautiful accommodation! It appeared that there were only a few rooms which made it very quiet. The property is was gorgeous, rooms were clean, spacious with everything we needed. It gave a very Tuscan style with beautiful views and kangaroos around. It was about a 2 min drive to Hunter valley gardens and Harrigans pub, making it a great location. I would definitely stay here again! ”

“We had a fabulous weekend with our beautiful Airedale. The location is amazing, with views over a lake to the mountains. We loved the airy room, with polished floor and lovely bathroom. So quiet, but handy to wineries and the freeway. Our weekend at tonic was a real tonic away from the city!”

“I am regretful to book this hotel and find the host not friendly and not polite at all. - when i check in, i found that she just put her mobile on the chair and ignore my call ; - there is no free wine provided as mentioned in tripadvisor - the room inside is poorly decorated and small pool outside - the lounge is so small and the sofa is very uncomfortable - Everything included in the hotel is limited: only one microwave and two plates two cups. After using the microwave, the host blamed……

“Beautiful place with spacious well appointed suites. The food was amazing! Close to all the top spots in The Hunter. Our only disappointment was that the amazing hospitality stops at check out time, no ability to organise a late check out and when we wanted to ride their complementary bikes after check out for the afternoon we were told there would be a $100 charge (they did give us one hour for free though) For the price of this accommodation those little extra value adds would have made the……

“This hotel is next to the hunter valley garden. The views outside the balcony is pretty good and I can see the sun rise in the morning. The room is big and comfortable. It has free wifi and it is stable. However, I think the bed is too soft for me.”
