"La struttura offre il self check-in. Purtroppo le indicazioni riguardo il check-in sono arrivate più tardi dell’orario stabilito e i codici per ritirare la chiave erano errati. Quando siamo finalmente riusciti ad accedere alla stanza abbiamo purtroppo trovato la stanza molto sporca, con peli capelli e polvere in tutti gli angoli.
