“The rooms are clean, the staff is wonderful. The accessibility to the ocean is unmatched. The ability to rent a lounge chair and umbrella by texting a number is SO smart for people who can’t bring their own stuff. It’s so close to many fun activities/ food/ shopping. Would have loved if there were a couple more hooks in the room for hanging up little things and also a full length mirror. There was also only one trash can in our room, one more would have been preferred. These are tiny……

Rooms came with dove products instead of the off brand products that dry your skin and hair out. Amenities on site were helpful like the laundry room, gym room, office space. “The good things are its location, the beach, and the view from the condo. Check in hours are from nine until five. Our flight arrived at 7 PM but we had the info we needed to get into the condo. Our email message said we needed to officially check in the next morning during office hours. When I went the next morning to do so, the lady behind the counter looked at me with utter annoyance when I told her I needed to check in and said, we don't check people in until after 3 o'clock. However there was a gentleman there at that time, who directed us to another hotel across the road to check in. Which we weren't aware of until we got there. “The room itself looked cute but the hallway closet stunk! It was musty and the pillow for the sofa pullout was in there. There was no blanket for the pullout. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and on the shower tile Paint spots on the floor. On Saturday night, someone was working on the room next door, drilling, etc at 10:30 at night.”
