「The house was so cute! Exactly what the title says a beautiful old farm house. We loved the horses. Would definitely recommend!Only negative is the grill had a hole in the grate so we couldn't use it.」

「We were a group of seven adult friends and also had another seven guests visit for a sort of reunion event. This house is an open concept with plenty of space to enjoy inside. The best part about this house was the side and back yards as well as a porch deck with a picnic table and a roof. Given the space and dates we stayed, we would highly recommend this place to all kinds of of people/groups to rent. I should also add that this house is a great value and for sure we will very likely return...

Comfy beds, cozy front room, relaxing front porch, peaceful and serene property, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here with our family while our grandson played baseball at Dreams Park. Added bonuses (sunscreen, hypoallergenic soap, laundry detergent and more) were much appreciated. Our host was responsive and obliging. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay here again and again.」

「This house was incredible for our stay. Our kids played at Dreams Park and this house was in the perfect location and had everything we needed. Furniture was nice quality, the beds were comfortable, pool was amazing, and the scenery of rural NY was breathtaking. Coupled together with a good performance by our baseball team, it really was a dream trip. If you are going to Dreams Park or are just visiting Cooperstown, this house will not disappoint. I would rank it even higher if I could. 」
