“Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top……

But it was good for what we needed it to be. The complex is mostly permanent residents and as such, some of the public areas could use work. But, the apartment itself was comfortable and you could tell there were upgrades that had been made by non-professionals. But it had everything we needed……
