“I feel very lucky that we found this place to stay in during for our visit to Hot Springs. It was right in the center of town and a very short walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. Lots of nice amenities. Communication and check-in were easy, and there was parking behind the building. It really is right on the Appalachian Trail and was the perfect location for our hiking adventure. I hope that I can return some day!”

“I had no real problem with the property and what it had for me. The loft area for sleeping is not made for tall people like myself, so it could get a little tight changing clothes, etc. Not a big deal. Where I have issue is the long-term residents below my space. We are asked to be considerate about noise after 10:00 pm. While I have not problem doing that, I would expect the same in return. They were noisy at various times during the day and night. Doors slamming and arguments happening……
