"I had no real problem with the property and what it had for me. The loft area for sleeping is not made for tall people like myself, so it could get a little tight changing clothes, etc. Not a big deal. Where I have issue is the long-term residents below my space. We are asked to be considerate about noise after 10:00 pm. While I have not problem doing that, I would expect the same in return. They were noisy at various times during the day and night. Doors slamming and arguments happening...

"The Songbird Cottage is a cabin that is neat, clean, and has modern amenities. The large side deck has excellent views of the surrounding mountains. The covered front porch is also nice for sitting outside. The king size bed is very comfortable. This cottage is located in town and a very short walk to all of Hot Springs; however, it is very private and surrounded by nice landscaping. We are looking forward to our next stay!"
