I had some issues with a package delivery (missing unit number), and Ivan went out of his way to check the property multiple times and even coordinated with his cleaning team so I could swing by at noon to retrieve it before my official check-in. The location was so convenient to the Von Braun it made an easy commute for my week of work. Ivan was extremely attentive to our questions and answered promptly.
