We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and in a nice, safe area. The train station is only about a 10 minute walk away, which made it really convenient for getting around Madrid. The breakfast was excellent, but what stood out most was the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. Paloma at the front desk was especially wonderful, very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. A great experience overall and an easy hotel to recommend, especially for families visiting Madrid!

Quite nice and very clean. I didn't lack the lack of a fridge in the rooms but it's not a big deal. LOcation is good, but of course well outside the city. Praking is plentiful around the hotel and inside (for a small fee).
