This hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The property is located in a busy and exciting area of Madrid, but the hotel itself is quiet. It has a certain old-world charm. It is also in close procimity to sight-seeing, dining, shopping and metro options.

Rooftop lovely. Staff on terrace very friendly. Drinks reasonable. Rooms clean. Very central and eaay to walk to most places in 10 minutes or less. The only gripe of the terrace was that we were told the cabanas were booked and we could botbuse them. Yet no one came. We offered to pay even though we were guests. Others a group of French men were not so obedient as us at movong when told to do so and staff had to keep asking people to move from the empty beds and the atmosphere was quite tense at points. It calmed down and rooftop views and service were lovely. We were 2 women sharing a room so the toiletries could have been more generous i.e. the body milk and maybe not in plastic containers that cannot be refilled so not sustainable. Would i stay here again? Yes! Thank you 😊
