LOVED THIS HOTEL IT TRULY SHOULD BE. 5star. The housekeeping and guest service staff were always so friendly and kind. Their staff always greeted and always watch who was in and out of the building which made me feel safe. Its city center and so many restaurants nearby. Everything was perfect even their breakfast and bar.

The hotel was good overall. It was clean and the breakfast was good. The best part? The cleaning staff actually. They were very friendly and helpful. The property itself is clean. I would say the thing they need to improve upon is their lobby staff and management. The lobby staff in the morning is not very friendly. They seemed in a bad mood and don't greet you overall. On the other hand, the afternoon staff is very friendly. Also, there is no flexibility on early check-in if your flight arrives early. We asked for early check-in and they didn't even check their computers to see if there were any rooms available. They just said no. Also, they need to change their policy on their restaurant. We paid for our breakfast to be included. They don't allow you to take food out, which is ridiculous because if you have a work meeting and you just want to take your food upstairs because you don't have much time, they won't allow you to take breakfast upstairs. Not even a coffee! Most hotels that I've been to allow you to take food and drinks from breakfast upstairs to your room.
