Nice hotel! The rooms are clean with great aircondition. The service level varied from mediocre at check in to amazing at check out. If you are looking for boutique, this hotel is on the generic part of the scale. Good value!

Vey nice room and very clean. Easy walk to the Prado and Reina Sofia. It’s on a busy street so there was noise, but we enjoyed the hotel. Staff was really nice and helpful.

Great Hotel Choice

This was a great little find. Location is perfect, pretty much everything is walkable, the metro is also 1 minute away, if you want it. Room was fairly small, but spotless, as was the bathroom. Bed extremely comfy, and I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

The thermostat in our room was very high. We were sweating all night but the hotel said it was set at the same level for everyone. They refused to cancel our final day at the hotel when we changed our plans and left earlier than expected. Other than that, they were helpful and had a good restaurant next door.

Overall we had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Mora. It was unfortunate that we were placed in a room directly below construction and not informed that it would be happening all throughout the day. We had arrived early in the morning after an overnight flight and the construction was incredibly loud. After a few hours using a white noise app it got louder and we had to go ask to be moved to another room. That room was suitable and the staff was friendly in helping with the move.

Supposedly a four star hotel- no way-2 star more like it. Staff at front desk and restaurant very good. Cleaning did not leave bathroom tissue although tissue out, soap out. Room had mold odor. Shower/tub dangerous-glass fixed and you better be 115 pounds to slip in sideways after you step over extremely high tub with fixture at end of shower with fixed glass. Tub very slippery. No coffe pot, no refrig. No English stations at all, even news. Only one outlet in bedroom across from bed-bring extra plugs with several outlets and usb capibilties, Have stayed at other hotels in area close to Prado and this is definitely not four star. Not worth the money!!
