Very clean, rooms appeared to be recently upgraded. Enough space. I appreciated a small table and chairs. Refrigerator, coffee and tea set in room was great. Convenient to many restaurants, shopping, places to explore. Staff available if I needed anything. Staff fluent in English. Could not use elevator in late evening on my last night returning from dinner, it was ok in morning.

Excellent for a brief stay, we needed 1 night in Madrid and this was perfect, VERY central and nice and clean and quiet. The lady that showed us round was absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful.

We had a great stay at Main Street Madrid, Carmen was a lovely host and also keen to help us out with any questions we had. Centrally located, a bit noisy from Gran Via, but great spot in the centre of Madrid. Easy to get to anything, we mainly walked, but the Metro is nearby. Lots of cafés for breakfast, brunch places and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The establishment is kept clean, no frills, but everything we needed for our long weekend trip.

Very nice hotel and staff. It was a bit hard to find so that’s why I rated it 4 instead of 5 stars. It’s on the 5th floor btw. Also the bathroom smelled like sewage a few times coming from the drain, but it cleared on its own. Great location also!

好立地、設備、受付対応、どれも問題無しだが、唯一の欠点は『騒音』。 超一等地で、最も賑やかな大通り沿いなので仕方ない面もあるが、窓を二重にしないと解決できない。 そこだけが不満点。

Hostal con excelente ubicación

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta. Hay que entender antes de reservar que esto es un hostal, no un hotel. No hay recepción las 24 hs, por lo que deben tener en cuenta esto para el check in. Tiene baño propio y todo está en muy buenas condiciones. Pero repito, no es un hotel. No vayan con esas expectativas pues es injusto luego juzgar tan buen lugar para quedarse. Si lo que necesitas es un lugar para dormir, sin muchas pretensiones en cuanto a una habitación grande o lujosa, este es tu lugar.
