Can’t beat the location! The staff were friendly and wonderful, and the small rooftop pool was perfect. We also had a huge balcony, which was fantastic. The only downside was that the ceiling in our room needed some repairs, and the room itself was quite small, although the bathroom was a great size. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, and at walkable distance to a lot of places and eating joints. I would definitely recommend staying here. The only feedback I have is that the room doors are very heavy, so when our next-door room would push their room door to open or close, it even shook our room adjoining wall.

The absolute best location! Hot chocolate and churros 3 minutes walk open 24/7 San Gines, Called Arenal,, Plaza Mayor 5 minutes. Best location, staff excellent, rooms with views of Opera House. Would stay again!

Very nice and helpful personal and really clean rooms. Location is really good and the rooftop pool was lovely! The room had quite poor isolation especially between main room and toilet and shower had been leaking on the floor which was noticeable but otherwise really really nice stay and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, close to Gran Via and lots of restaurants. Room was good size, but facing the square, was a bit noisy. There are people in the Isabel Plaza all night and into the morning (pretty much always) and can be loud. No fault of the hotel, but something to keep in mind. The pool is nice but very small, and not family friendly.
