Everything was great and easy. The hotel I booked canceled booking 1 hour before check in, I was thankful to find Vertice Hotel on such short notice. Room would be great for a family.

The breakfast buffet was really good, the space is very clean, and very close to a train station, less than 5 minutes walking and only takes 15 minutes to get the city center station. The hotel front desk staff was not very friendly and the image doesn't necessarily match the actual place, but it is still very clean and good space. The bed was not super comfortable for us but it was still overall a good stay.

It was a comfortable stay with friendly staff. The rooms are a bit small, especailly fora family and the bathroom is very small. But nothing really major to complain about. The proximity to the train station, the friendly staff and the comfortable staff make this a well recommeded place to stay.

Nice Hotel the Vertice Roomspace

It was an amazing place to stay and i hope to visit there more. We have been able to explore the area more this time and know where to shop and nice architecture. I like the garden infront of the hotel. Gym equipment needs upgrading as some of them are not in working order. Otherwise an excellent place to stay if you are a lover of Madrid.

Easy to find just off motorway, parking underground ok, room basic but clean. The breakfast was Excellent ( good choice ). Only vending machines for food and soft drinks. The location (on industrial estate ) normal but a five minute walk to catch a train in to Madrid central ( Sol station ) a must for site seeing and food etc. Trains every 1/2 hour in both directions.

We didn’t realize that this hotel was also a place that rooms for university students. Not that it was bad, the whole vibe felt like a university dormitory so it brought back memories of our student lifestyle. The rooms were cleaned and spacious for our suitcases. The breakfast were alright, honestly, it was like a cafeteria style. They had a laundromat in the basement but with limited machines as the students line up to use it as well. The hotel was only a 5 minute walk away from the metro station. There’s a small supermarket nearby too. The staff were kind and helpful. They helped us reserve a shuttle for our early morning flight. The only thing observation was that the cleaning staff barely clean under the beds, as my shoes would be getting lots of dust. I think they only vacuum and mop where we walk on but not under the beds. Overall, it was good stay and convenient near Rome for us to visit. We recommend this place.

One thing to be aware of is that the hotel is located in an industrial area, so there aren’t any restaurants nearby. However, it’s close to both the train and metro stations, and BOLT had no trouble finding it. It worked out fine for us in the end. There’s a small kitchen service at the hotel where staff can help heat up frozen pizzas or other items you can buy from the freezer/fridge section. It’s a decent option if you don’t want to head out for food. We noticed that many guests ordered delivery. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and service-minded. Breakfast was good, although we would’ve liked to see more vegetarian options. The downside was the bathroom door in our room—it got stuck and I was locked inside for over 30 minutes. We got help quickly, and the front desk sent a maintenance worker who spent a while getting the door open. Still, not ideal in case of a fire or if I had been alone. We weren’t offered a room change or any compensation. They said they would replace the door while we were out, but when we came back, the door had just been patched up with filler, and it was still wet—some of it even got on our clothes. After that, we just made sure not to close it completely. Also, just a heads-up: the TV channels are all in Spanish, in case you’re hoping to relax with some channel surfing in the evening.
