「While this is very good value for money and the staff are wonderful, there was no escort to the room or assistance with luggage. The bathroom needed attention to the area around the tub and large ants came out in numbers from gaps in the shower tiles. When staying at country hotels and inns in Thailand, guests should understand that insects etc are part of the experience, as we do. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed—exactly what you hope for in a glamping experience. Everything felt intentional and welcoming from the start.
