「Be careful. You can't check in after 5pm! But this is not clearly stated when you book.」

「Quiet location, shower needs to be renovated, fridge door should open on the opposite side, easy to hit your head on a useless wall shelf.」

「Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. This is a hygiene issue that should not be present in a paid short-term let. The sofa in...

「Perfect stay for Alton towers trip with family.」

「Avoid this place. It is a room. Not an apartment. Rubbish piled up in the front and rear gardens. There are rats. Bathroom is shared, and is tiny, cannot swing a cat in it, but at least a cat would help with the rats. Kitchen is below bare minimum. 2 cups, 3 plates. 「Double booked us and very rude」

「Our stay was perfect, and the hosts were lovely. No complaints at all.」

It would probably be best to book at least two nights in advance due to this. The host was understanding however, and we managed to sort things after contacting the booking platform’s customer line. Other than that, the property itself was lovely and exactly as advertised; it’s a home away from home, perfect for a family or group vacation. There are two...

「Had a great stay. Everything was perfect」

「Lovely and clean place just as the pictures portray. Owner does a great job at communication and responds quickly and even checks in on you once you’ve checked in.」

「Lovely place to stay. Instructions from the host for finding the property were brilliant. Really can't fault it」
