"great staff - good breakfast - comfortable room - stayed 2 nights and the first night was ok. My room had a window with gaps around creating a draught and during the second night, I was kept awake by a constant whistle form the strong winds. at around 4:30, a noisy lorry arrived to deliver/collect glass (not good) - just bad luck I guess"

"Unfortunately my experience in room 414 last night was not good, there was an annoing continuous sound all night up above the room( not the air conditioning unit ss this was off) also the bed was unsteady. Each time my husband or i moved it disturbed the other person. This resulted in myself not having a good nights rest . Shame as all previous visits to the Grosvenor have been amazing ."

"We have been coming here every year for the last 10 years. Decor hasn’t changed and really is in need of a refurb now. Breakfast was also really disappointing this year, no decent hot drinks unless you paid for them in addition to a hot breakfast. Also VERY surprised having to pay for breakfast before leaving the restaurant (rather than at check out) This used to be the gold standard hotel to stay at for the races but not now I’m afraid."
