Things to improve: new water bottles in room not a great idea unless staff could fill them every day. Also, loud music all day (even 2-3 different at the same time) can get tiring. Hope these can be fixed! Hotel Still worth the time and money."

"The pool area is super small . For the size of the hotel it needs to be bigger . The food and drink was over priced. Just walk down a few blocks and you have better selection of food and cheaper ."

"Extremely dissapointed with their excursion services!! We felt robbed!!! We paid for a very expensive private tour that was nothing like what we got offered when we reserved it. There is a lot of improvement to be done with the quality of the food. The restaurants served for dinner what it felt like pre-plated food that was not fresh at all. The bar service wasn’t friendly and we felt like we were bothering them everytime you asked for a drink, even after tipping them. The property is doing construction on several parts and we were never informed before booking it. There is a lot of improvement to be done overall!"
