The pool and sauna was a great relaxation place after a long drive, loved the barside dinner option after late check in and the breakfast was delicious if a tad expensive.

It was what I expected: a clean, tiiny room. Lobby looked very good, same hotel bar. I was to tired and had a good sleep as my room was at 4th floor including a nice view through the country yard.

The pool has very long hours (7AM to 10PM) which was a pleasant surprise. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was ready early and as promised. Very good value for money.

A hotel which ticked all the boxes

Play pool and sauna. Short walk to tram stop into city centre ( tram 1 or 10) Last tram back 22.54 (dependent which tram stop) Complimentary drink a welcome gesture.

The room was stiflingly hot even with the fan on full. I wish I’d checked whether the rooms were air conditioned. The receptionist was great-friendly, helpful, pragmatic. The breakfast was good but there was some horrible drilling going on in the adjacent room which challenged the peace of the breakfast meeting I had been waiting on with an old friend. The management could have paused this work until breakfast was over

Horrible to working staff

Long check in, not the lady’s fault, she was very nice. So many people waiting. The bar is almost unattended always, again very lovely friendly lady. But she was covering the bar and restaurant. Restaurant, far to expensive and no choices. Buffet only. Breakfast so expensive for so little. Check out was with another friendly lady, but people just fed up with queuing and just left key cards and left. Not enough staff here at all. Big problems. But the staff there was running around everywhere. I wanted to complain but didn’t have the heart while watching them work so hard to keep everyone happy. Shame on you management and owners. Find another hotel people. Keith

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr ruhig, Böden im Schwimmbereich etwas veraltet und leider keine Brücke und kein Whirlpool vorhanden. Ich würde dennoch wiederkommen. Zimmer sauber und Betten bequem, tolle Lobby mit Sitzmöbeln und Wasserquellen.

Ankommen und sich wie zu Hause fühlen, das kann man als Stammgast im Achat-Hotel in Magdeburg. Von der Rezeption über das Personal der Bar aber auch im Frühstücksrestaurant alle zeichnen sich durch große Freundlichkeit aus. Bei dem schönen Upgrade freue ich mich schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.
