「10/10. It was a short stay, but a wonderful stay. A perfect little retreat. Debi's property is beautiful. Even in winter. It was my mom and I and 4 pups! Thank you for allowing us to bring all 4. Debi had fresh OJ, lemon water, eggs, milk and coffee in the fridge and snacks for the dogs! Just a beautiful, peaceful place. 「This apartment is a basement that is connected to the upstairs house that has a dog. If you are allergic to dogs, you should not stay here. Other than that, everything else was great. We did not understand that it was a basement apartment, you can hear the people upstairs just like in any normal basement.Sharon is a gem! She lives upstairs and was very responsive to us. She had even prepared a special treat for our daughter. She was very kind and you could tell that she loved what she was doing!...

「The room was cute and the allowance of having our dogs was why we chose this property. Having said that the check in process wasn't clear using Expedia. There is no management office. You simply needed a code to get a key from a lockbox on the door of your house. The big issue was the multiple spider webs/spiders/and dust all over the place. You can see that the fans and ceilings haven't been cleaned in months if not more. The fire alarm hanging on it's wires went off for no reason twice. ...

「Wonderful stay… great location… very clean…. Owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The coffee shop was amazing… so even if you don’t stay there check out the Dolce coffee shop.. we have already booked our next stay there and looking forward to it. We parked when we got there and were able to walk to restaurants and shops… fantastic time and experience!! Everyone we meet was super friendly… Gianna our host was amazing!!」

「This was the cutest place to get away for spring break. Everything needed was provided, even when it got cooler at night the heaters were so helpful. The bathroom was great and the shower was so spacious. Loved that this place was secluded but not far from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Will definitely be returning! Also the directions to find the place are so helpful so definitely follow them!」

「If I had to think of a negative. The bathroom door flies open when someone walks up the stairs of walks next to it...maybe not square of just doesn't latch even when locked. Also, it would be nice to have the light in the bathroom and the fan on different switches because the fan is really loud and it made you not want to use the light at night to not disturb others. Also, the gravel road down was hard to travel...cars spun leaving trying to climb. No gas for the grill. WIFI was spotty sometimes...

The property was well maintained, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
