Amazing location!

We have had a fabulous few days here. I’m not sure we could have picked a better location (for the skiing and the town) We had the first few days without our luggage (it was lost en route to Geneva) and whilst it was not the fault of the hotel, this was such a difficult time for us, I feel like they maybe could have been more helpful given our circumstances so have rated the service a lower score.

Ski in ski out in Flaine

Excellent hotel in the heart of Flaine Forum. In good snow conditions it wood be ski in ski out but at the end of season just a couple of steps to the slope. Good suite with two bedrooms for families.

Amazing location, big rooms, wonderful spa nice ski lockers, perfect for ski in-out. Downside: this property functions more like an aparthotel, do not come here expecting 5* hotel service as there is none (no minibar, no room service..)

Excellent

Our first time in Flaine, we usually stay at the MGM Alexane in Samoëns so we are familiar with this hotel group. Did not disappoint excellent facilities, ski to door, close to lifts, we had a family room which was huge and had a great view. Bauhaus restaurant very good attached to hotel. Could do with a mini fridge in rooms there was a space for this so they may be installing them as the hotel is new this season. Great location for restaurant in the village.

New this season and in excellent location. Potential to be great next season, as appeared not to have completed its snagging/buld. Double family room we had was great size and with touch ups, would b very nice (grout work, skirts, paint etc). Could do with a mini fridge. Would go back assuming finished off correctly. Pool was great for children too.

Ideal Location

The hotel was new in Dec 2023 so all very fresh and new, couldn't be in a better location to the slopes and restaurants of Flaine. Lacking some finishing touches that hopefully will evolve over the next few months. Lack of hooks in ensuite for to hang damp towels or swimwear to dry or bathrobes to hang. Floor of changing room at swimming pool was always wet therefore the cloth slippers provided always got soaked. Some outdoor cladding not finished on the external of windows and outdoor parts of the building. Room service wasn't great, inconsistent from day to day. Bin wasn't always emptied, coffee pods, water bottles, toilet paper wasn't always replenished, had to speak with maid in corridor to get replenished fully. All in all it was generally a good experience and would defiantly return due to location and hopefully the other issues will be resolved through time and serive would be a bit sharper.

Stayed for 4 nights. All was good. They need to provide with more toilet tissue rolls. They could have also provided with body lotion in the bathroom. Also breakfast buffet had very little options for the price.

La chambre était extrêmement spacieuse et confortable. Le personnel a toujours été souriant, agréable et a l'écoute. L'espace bien être est un énorme + pour cet hôtel. Il est également au pied des pistes, et 3 min a pied des commerces et restaurants.. 3eme séjours dans cet hôtel, il y en aura d'autres!

Meilleur emplacement de la station

Vue incroyable depuis la chambre. Literie très confortable, chambre très agréable malgré un problème de propreté à notre arrivée. Le spa top, la piscine (sauna et hammam) très appréciable en fin de journée. L’hôtel est situé au milieu du domaine skiable donc arriver et repartir ski aux pieds c’est top. Petit déjeuner très cher pour le choix proposé…

Ikke færdigt hotel / lejligheder

Kæmpe stor penthouse lejlighed havde vi lejet, det var stort og sengene var gode - herunder mørklægnings gardinerne. Hvilket var luksuriøst. Men det var meget nyt, fremstod meget upersonligt i alle aspekter, både lejlighed og hotellet. Hotellet var åbnet kort inden vores ankomst, og det var tydeligt at se at haandværkerne har haft travlt. Byggesjusk og daarlige løsninger mange steder. Rengøringen var doven, og kom altid først klokken 16-17 stykker, når vi var vendt hjem efter en dag med udflugter. Uholdbart. Ville jeg bor der igen, tjaaa. Tror tiden kan afhjælpe mange af de ting jeg nævner ovenfor. Flaine er en skiby, så kommer i hvert i fald retur til byen.
