Über die Straße hinweg ist man morgens schnell im Meer. Zum Strand und den Restaurants läuft man 5 Minuten
Der Besitzer kam bei Gewitter um die aussenkissen hereinzuholen und vor regen zu schützen. Sehr nett und freundlich
Sein Verwalter Vasili war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit mit Tips für uns da

“By far one of the best apartments I had in any of my trips abroad! Big, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioner in every room (that freeze up the air in no time, despite the 34 degrees outside!), two balconies and a huge yard to have friends over (in this case - my sister's family that also visited Kala Nera). ”

“We stayed as a family (Mum, Dad & 3 adult children) for a week at this lovely house. From the balcony at the front of the house, the views across the Pagasetic Gulf are amazing and the setting about 15 minutes drive from the coast is beautiful and a few degrees cooler as a result of the height and the breeze.
